Hi, i have a pioneer stereo w/built in GPS. Pioneer has an app for the iphone called AVIC feeds and enables you to search for a point of interest (poi) and upload it to the stereo using the phone and google maps. It would be awesome if that app would work with the instinct s30. Thanx

A cool app that is easy. Hangman that allows users to speak the letters one at a time building on the existing voice interaction. Utilizing the Voice interaction would be great in more apps. I assume that requires higher access?

A nice chess game that has good quality. I have seen one chess game for this phone but it does not have good quality and the little menu button in the corner does not work for he instinct. That button only work for other ohones besides the instinct. Maybe a menu button that actually works!

hi guys! two things that would really be great, first, a ‘magnifying glass” for reading small print, medicines, etc. also hobbies, stamps, coins, even small parts, also, a “bar-code” reader ! after all, it already has a built-in camera which could be used for “both” these apps !!! would be more than happy to be able to read fine print. please work on these two1…thanks!!! p.s. kudos to all, and keep up the good work !!!

App that allows search and then displays guitar chord diagrams. Even without the search function, this would still be valuable even if you had to scroll through to locate the chord you needed.

Find My Phone!!! is an easy way for you to locate your misplaced phone, all you have to do is send a simple text and your phone’s volume will be turned all the way up allowing an alarm to be heard also.

is it possible to create a utility that expand on the phone lock option? for example locking access to applications, certain applications (ex. emails), contacts or even specific contacts. Contacts would be most preferred. thanks.

1. A FREE voice memo/recorder (seriously, it should’ve come with the phone)
2. Guitar tuner that recognizes pitch
3. Magic 8 Ball
4. Drum app – like the piano app
5. Random number generator

Personally, I would like to see an application (in any sense really) that allows you to block calls (something that sprint doesn’t REALLY OFFER) and texts (better than sprint offers). Something that doesn’t allow voicemails through either (optional). I think this would be great for times when you want/need to be left alone and you only want to receive calls from one or two people. It would also be great for people who are having problems with stalkers.

I would really like to see a Golf GPS app for this phone. If I could buy this one app, it would make my Instict experience complete. Or at least let a third party app get signed cheap. Ala free caddie. If I had a blackberry on Sprint would it work? If so it should work on the Instict too! Please make a golf GPS app. Much more functional than a fakey fingerprint scanner!!!! (Although it is kind of neat, I must admit) I don’t know about anyone else, but I would pay Thirty bucks for this app.
Thank you

My friend is with T-mobile and she gets so many free applications. I fell in love with the following:
1) picsay, allows u to add comments on pics
2) she has 1 that hold all of her grocery/store tags barcodes and it actually works when u scan it at the store
3) fogger, it fodded up her screen as she blew on it like writing on a foggy mirror.
sounds weird but it was so neat

A voice recorder app that records to the sd card instead of the phone memory so that you could record longer that 30 minutes.
also a way to touch the top button once to unlock the phone instead of holding it down for several seconds would be nice. Kind of a pain to keep holding it down.
And last, an app to allow the phone to stay lit for 5 minutes and THEN automatically go into sleep mode.

I would love an agenda/schedule/calendar app. I like to keep track of things on my phone but the calender on the Instinct(the original)is limited and I am not a big fan of how Google calender looks and works on the phone. I like the Instinct except for the calender, I had a Palm Centro before which spoiled me I guess.

A simple time clock app. (For us Contractors!)just like a time clock that you punch in and out. Date, Day, Time Stamp. Also can manually set the time too. For rounding to the nearest Hour or half hour. Also auto add the hours for the week. with at least 2 weeks records for collecting pay for 2 weeks at a time. A simple one touch In And Out Button!

Golf Yardage App that utilizes GPS. Field Lining App that utlizies GPS. Basically, you can line any sort of field (football, lacrosse, soccer, baseball) by having the GPS tell you where you are and how far you should go in either direction.

one-click access to silencing the phone, placing it on vibrate, or putting it at max volume. Even better, I’d like an app that allows me to schedule these volume adjustments so that during work hours I’m on vibrate, after 5pm it switches to full volume ring, and after midnight it is silenced.
