We have made a change to our mobile phone number input form.

In the past, Sprint US customers have only been required to enter their mobile phone number. Canadian customers have always been required to type in their mobile phone number @ their SMS gateway address.

We now require all customers to enter their mobile phone number and select their SMS gateway from a list of supported gateways.

Currently, we can send download messages through the following gateways

• @messaging.sprintpcs.com
• @txt.bell.ca
• @txt.bellmobility.ca
• @sms.sasktel.com
• @txt.northerntelmobility.com

The first choice “@messaging.sprintpcs.com” applies to Sprint US customers – all the other choices are for Canadian customers.
