I would love to request some additions and of course ready to jump in again when available. Here is what i would request. *On the rate if possible allow 3 numerals after the period (eg 5.125%). *A spot to add if you want a % for taxes (eg 1.25%. *A spot to add if you want a % for Haz Insurnace (eg 0.32%). *A spot to add if applicable HOA dollars (eg $275.oo). *A spot to add MI if needed % (eg 0.38%). Realizing this would make the user have to scrool and or have an Addl option button. And also this could have a principal and interest result and then show a full principal interest taxes and mi/insurans/hoa payment option. Keeping the Amortization as is and the what if would be fine. Man oh Man you have done a greatjob here to fill in a need in my business.
