Obtaining a refund for an app you purchased from one of our developers is easy.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must do the following within up to 3 days (this varies based the individual developer you purchased from) of the date of purchase:

1. First, contact the developer to see what their individual refund policy is
2. Erase the app you want a refund for
• Go to the Fun tab
• select Games/Apps
• find the app
• click on the “>” on the right
• select “Erase”
• IMPORTANT: THE ABOVE STEP MUST BE DONE BEFORE STEP 3
3. Download, install, and run this app “Removal Verifier”
4. Erase this “Removal Verifier”

The Instinct is designed to notify our site when one of our apps is installed or erased. Due to a flaw in the Instinct, notification for erased apps is delayed until another app is installed.

This purpose of this app is merely to force the delivery of any notices for previously erased applications.
